You can update, delete, or add a new payment card to your Public Internet account at any time via our customer portal.

. You'll then see a summary of your current payment card details and a few options to make changes. In the Saved Card Detail section near the top of the screen, (provided you've previously added a payment card), you'll see its details listed.
Delete Payment Card

section and click Authorise Payment Card
to save it to your account. No payment will be taken at this time. Any future payments will be taken from your new card on the relevant due dates. You'll be emailed an receipt to your registered email address.
