We understand that your broadband service is critical to your business but we also accept that things don't always work as they should. Enhanced care gives you additional peace of mind, we a fix to most faults within 2 working hours, or an engineer visit within 24 hours if required. Enhanced care is available on all services for an additional £10 per month.
